• Using credits: When you book a session and submit it for AI analysis, credits are deducted based on the meeting’s length.

For Business and Enterprise plans, meeting usage is invoiced at the end of each month.

Yes, you can cancel whenever you want. Once cancelled, your subscription won't renew automatically, but you can still use Ovida, until the renewal date.

If you are an admin of your account, you can access your purchase history, invoices, payment details, plan type, and more. Simply navigate to Manage account and you’ll see it all.
